Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our dog training and boarding service. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the service.

1- Check-In and Check-Out:

The customer is responsible for informing us of the dates and times of their dog’s check-in and check-out for our training and boarding service. Any changes to the reservation must be communicated to us in advance.

2- Vaccination Requirements:

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and the vaccination book or proof of vaccination should be presented upon check-in. In addition to standard vaccinations, the dog must have received the kennel cough vaccination and a Bravecto chew pill within the past six months. If these vaccinations have not been administered, we can provide them at an additional cost to the training or boarding service.

3. Meals:

For dogs in our boarding service or training program, two main meals per day will be provided, unless the customer provides specific dietary instructions. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any special dietary requirements.

4.Daily Video Updates:

To keep the customer updated on their dog’s progress, we will send a daily video of the dog via WhatsApp. This allows the customer to stay connected and informed about their dog’s well- being during their stay with us.

5.Reservation and Payment:

If a reservation is made in advance, a 25% deposit of the total service cost must be paid to secure the booking. The remaining 75% of the payment should be made during check-in. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to the customer.

6. Illness or Injury:

In the event that a dog becomes sick during their stay, we will take the dog to a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. We will keep the customer informed of any updates regarding the dog’s health. All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the dog owner.

7.Delays in Payment:

If there are any delays in payment or if we receive no response from the dog owner within 15 days regarding the reason for the delay, we reserve the right to transfer ownership of the dog to Offleash company as compensation for unpaid services.

8. Pre-existing Conditions:

If the dog has any pre-existing diseases, injuries, or has undergone surgery prior to check-in, the customer is required to sign a declaration form acknowledging that Offleash company is not responsible for any complications or health issues related to the pre-existing condition.

9.Customer Responsibility:

The customer who checks in the dog is the only authorized person to deal or communicate with us and check out the dog. In the event that the customer wishes to delegate this responsibility to another person, written approval from the customer, along with the civil identification of both the customer and the designated person, must be provided.

By using our dog training and boarding services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
